Mark R. Evans, MBA, IFAS, ASA
Mark R. Evans, MBA, IFAS, ASA is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from Lawrenceburg, TN. Mark is a graduate of Lawrence County High School obtaining his high school diploma. Mark is also a graduate of the University of North Alabama where he earned both a Bachelor's of Business Administration and a Master's of Business Administration. Mark has been in real estate since approximately 1998 when he became a licensed Auctioneer and Affiliate Broker. In 2003 he began training in appraisal , obtaining his certified general license in 2006. He would open Mark Evans & Associates in 2006 providing residential and non-residential appraisal services.
Mark Evans possesses two professional designations, IFAS and ASA-RP. The IFAS is from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA) where Mark was an active member in multiple roles including nine (9+/-) years serving on the Board of Directors and/or various committees. NAIFA would merge into the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) where he serves on the Real Property Committee. He was also the chair of the NAIFA-ASA merger task force.
Mark currently resides in Leoma, TN just south of Lawrenceburg. He is married to wife, Erin Evans. Together they have five children. Mark is active in the community as a member and Deacon at the Pulaski Street Church of Christ and the 2022-2023 President of the Lawrenceburg Kiwanis Club.
Erin. D. Evans, Trainee
Erin Evans is a Tennessee Appraiser Trainee from Hamilton, AL. Erin began training in 2022 with husband, Mark R. Evans, MBA, IFAS, ASA-RP. She is a graduate of Hamilton High School as well as the University of North Alabama. She was a teacher of 4th and 5th grades in Horn Lake, MS and Hohenwald, TN in the years 2000-2005. She then transitioned to a stay-at-home mother and wife where she currently homeschools their five children. Erin is also a teacher at Pulaski Street Church of Christ, Trinitas Christian Academy, and an English teacher for a Spanish Ministry.
Erin decided to work towards her Certified Residential Appraisal License in 2022 to work with her husband and simply start a new career. Erin continues her activities as mentioned and loves her busy life.
